Sarah Germain - CEO, Fareshare Cymru

Sarah was one of the founding directors and the first Chair, playing a lead role in establishing FareShare in South Wales and has headed up FareShare Cymru since 2012. Prior to working for FareShare Cymru she was Deputy CEO at the Wales Community Recycling Network and also undertook a secondment to the Welsh Government helping them pull together their previous waste strategy ‘Towards Zero Waste’. In addition to this she has worked with community organisations developing their recycling and reuse projects, with SMEs on improving their environmental management, been a lecturer for MSc students and was a Director/Trustee of the Social Audit Network for a short time.
