Sarah Edwards - Chief Officer of Environmental Services, Pembrokeshire County Council

Sarah Edwards is the Chief Officer of Environmental Services for Pembrokeshire County Council, with over 16 years experience in the Waste Sector. She has been responsible for developing and implementing recycling and reuse services and the associated infrastructure enabling Pembrokeshire to achieve a recycling performance of over 70% since 2020, 5 years ahead of the Welsh Government’s Statutory target.

Sarah is a Chartered Waste Manager with a degree in Economics and Statistics, who has specialised in Project & Programme Management, Strategic Planning, Service Implementation and Change Management.
