Heulwen Hudson - Circular Economy Manager, Welsh Government

Heulwen is responsible for driving forward the Welsh Government’s circular economy strategy, Beyond Recycling, includingembedding circular economy across various areas of public policy. Heulwen oversees the delivery of the public sector procurement support programme delivered by WRAP Cymru, as well as working across government and beyond to support a better understanding and adoption of circular economy principles in public sector procurement. Prior to working in circular economy policy, Heulwen worked as a social researcher focusing on evaluation of programmes delivered by government, local authorities and funding bodies.
