Adam Fairweather - Co-Founder and Innovations Director, Smile Plastics

Adam Fairweather is the Co-Founder and Innovations Director of Smile
Plastics, which was first established in the early 1990s and led the way in
recycling plastic for nearly two decades. In 2015, the then-dormant brand
was revived by Adam Fairweather and Co-Founder Rosalie McMillan,
specialising in materials design and closed-loop recycling models. Based
in South Wales, Smile Plastics focuses on manufacturing large-scale
decorative panels made entirely from 100% recycled and recyclable plastics.
